Bethesda has announced TES Online on May, 3 2012. It will be released sometime in 2013, the exact date remains unknown, though. Watch the introduction HERE !
Most of the continent of Tamriel will be playable in the
game (much of it will be locked off for expansion content), and players will
have the opportunity to join any of the three factions warring over the throne
of the Emperor of Tamriel: The Aldmeri Dominion, composed of Altmer, Bosmer and
Khajiit (represented by a bird of prey), the Daggerfall Covenant, composed of
Bretons, Redguards and Orcs (represented by a lion) and the Ebonheart Pact,
composed of Dunmer, Nords and Argonians (represented by a dragon). [Source:

Even though I only play TESV: Skyrim, I already fell in love with it. Just look at the amount of fantasy it has. So, so, so many fantasy, monster, middle-age styled cities, and dragons, AND don't forget the beautiful graphics. MY VGA turns like a hot pan, so I think I can fry an egg there. LOL. But I'm happy, happy, happy! Playing TESV is a very unforgettable moment of gaming :happytears:
TES Online will take place in the whole Tamriel (not the whole Nirn, okay? That's too wide...)

The story will take place millennium before the event of Skyrim, where the Daedric Prince Molag Bal appearing as the main antagonist.
